This page is the whole building, labelled. Space is a packing. Matter is a lasting dent. Force is blocked inflow — one shape for falling, charge, and the nucleus. Mass is the cost of routing the inflow around a dent. Spin and travel share one speed. The electron is winding 1; the proton is winding 3. Planck length is the one ruler. Light-speed is a unit of the relay. α is hydrogen’s rung on the same ladder as the Sun. The CMB temperature is a clock.
Earth’s measured speed of light is the rung we sit on, not the ceiling. Temperature, pressure, and far-away light-speed are the same climb. We sit in the microwave. The jam of this cycle is infrared. Through-going light stops in hard gamma. If the bath goes to empty, gravity shuts off and seated matter spreads. The dump climbs until far-away light cannot move. Then the wall opens again. When that happens is not yet a derived time. The chain is computed from the identities, not chosen as a story.
In ordinary English
The constitution is short. Space is a gap-free packing of cells that hand movement to their neighbours. Matter is a lasting excluded volume. Force is occlusion only — nothing pulls. Planck length is the one ruler. Light-speed and Boltzmann’s constant are unit bridges. Action and the two masses are one seat. α is hydrogen’s rung on the same ladder as the Sun. The CMB temperature is a clock. G and M are not starting points. Dark matter, dark energy, expanding space, quarks, and wavefunctions-as-stuff are not starting points either.
Six laws carry the load. Every shell to the Clearing pays the same; leftover pressure is huge and isotropic. Stars recycle that inflow inside a domain. Force is the shadow of occluded inflow. Mass is the rerouting cost. Spin and travel share one speed. Electron winding 1, proton winding 3.
Koppa is a length: how deep a well is. The same depth is the clock, the stretch of a line, and the slowness Shapiro integrates. Light past the Sun is late because it ran slower. Temperature, pressure, and that far-frame speed are one ladder. Climb from the microwave: infrared wall, colour behind it, gamma stop. Heat death is gravity off when pressure is gone. Recharge climbs until far-frame light cannot move. Fire-time is pending. The chain is not.
Hydrogen is a centre, not a packed seat. Helium-4 is the α centre. Every nucleus with Z ≥ 2 is one α plus deuterons and tritons. Fission flays the jacket. Lamb frequencies are measured stickers. A fabricated 1051.8 MHz stays deleted.

1. Constitution
Space = gap-free spation lattice, nearest-neighbour relay, tick c = ℓP/tP. Matter = lasting displacement volume. Movement = circulation + translation, one budget. Now = the tick. Force = occluded convergence only. No attraction.

3. Koppa and depth

GM = c²ϟ is algebra. Same law: Earth orbit, Mercury, hydrogen v = αc.
4. Variable c — one z
cfar = c∞(1 − z)² · dτ/dt = (1 − z) · Δt = ∫ dl/cfar − ∫ dl/c
c(1 − z) alone is falsified (half Shapiro). Factor 2 DERIVED. Solar C1: 0.03%. Earth’s c is a rung; c∞ ≈ c + 105 m/s.

Shapiro measures the solar pressure-speed profile of excluded Planck spheres. Reverse-map: photosphere as through-going speed 0, Earth orbit as match to c. Weak-field: cfar(R☉) = c − 1273 m/s; at 1 AU, c − 6 m/s. Same identities at cosmological N:

7. Relativity as budget
vcirc² + v² = c² · E₀ = mc² · E² = (pc)² + (mc²)²
Nothing exceeds c in translation. Phase speed inside a proton c-boundary may exceed c (circulation, not a signal).
8. Particles, atoms, nuclei
W=1 electron. W=3 proton. Neutrino: open W=0, μν = 0 (PPT04). Neutron = proton + internal electron (structure; magnitude OPEN). mp/me = 6π⁵ is the packing count that conserves the point electron’s 720° Bohr-seat tube into the W=3 torus at Rp (PPT17): COMPUTED shared-input construction, 19 ppm correspondence, not an independent prediction. Hydrogen = proton centre. He-4 / He⁺ = α centre. Seats = D/T around the α from Li-6. Lamb H 1057.845 MHz and He⁺ 14041.13 MHz OBSERVED; native extraction WITHDRAWN; 1051.8 deleted.
